will have to reimburse VENTUS srl for the expenses, including lawyers' fees and court costs, incurred by VENTUS srl for its own defense.

Although not expressly provided for in this contract, the rules of Italian law in force apply.

VENTUS srl is not responsible for any damage caused, both material and immaterial, by misuse of the products sold. The responsibility of VENTUS srl ,
