Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679

Pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR") and of the Legislative Decree. 196/2013 and its subsequent amendments and additions, regarding the protection of personal data, this is to provide the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data provided by users (hereinafter, "Users") of the site www.lanappina.com and www.lanappina.it (hereinafter, the "Site").

The data deriving from the web service may be communicated to the technological and instrumental partners that VENTUS uses for the provision of the services requested by the Users.

The personal data provided by Users who submit requests to send information material (subscription to the newsletter service or requests for information, answers to questions, etc.) or who make online purchases (orders) are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or the requested service and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary (provision of the requested services through the technological and instrumental partner).

Types of data processed
Personal / identification data
Personal data means all information relating to natural persons, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number.

For identification data, in particular, we mean personal data that allow the direct identification of the interested party (eg name, surname, date of birth, residence or domicile, e-mail address, telephone numbers, etc.).

Navigation data

The computer systems and software used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified Users, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow them to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the Users, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Data provided voluntarily by the User

Purpose of processing

For organizational and functional needs relating to the provision of services on the Site, therefore, your data may be processed by VENTUS suppliers. The latter have been evaluated and chosen for their proven reliability and competence. Some of these subjects may also be based in non-EU countries and, in these cases, the transfer of your personal data to these countries is carried out in compliance with the guarantees provided by law.

Provision of data and consequences of any refusal
Without prejudice to what is specified regarding navigation data, the provision of personal data by the User is optional.

Any refusal or the provision of inaccurate and / or incomplete information may make it impossible, without any responsibility of VENTUS, the management and / or execution of orders or purchase proposals by the User and, in general, the activities referred to in paragraph relating to the purposes of the processing.

Rights of Users
The subject to whom the personal data refer may exercise your rights towards the Data Controller, pursuant to articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679, i.e. you can obtain confirmation of the existence of your personal data and request their communication in an intelligible form. You will also have the right to obtain the updating, rectification, integration and cancellation of data or the limitation of processing.
